We want you to love your Rat Betty pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the jewelry in its original Rat Betty box and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed quickly.
Ship It Back
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your local courier; we recommend using a tracked service as we aren't responsible for lost transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
